carpet is turning purple which happens to all Z's and can be dyed or replaced with OEM. You get the benefit of a younger car with a passenger side airbag, nicer dashboard material, suede, drivers air bag, emaculate engine bay, a lower plenum that will accept 740cc injectors without modification, various updates, possibly the newer refrigerant in the AC. One could go on forever. Contrasted with a car that is 5 years older, one of the most highly produced years in the cars history, lacks all the updates of the newer cars, engine bay status unknown, odometer claim unverified, sight unseen transaction, and may have been babied so much that nothing was ever broken in properly. (italian tune ups) After owning an earlier Z for a while now I wish I had gone for a 94 or 95.

Daily driving a TT is like ordering your favorite pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's not healthy and eventually you will lose the magic of the meal. Sometimes you just have to have some meatloaf. My new meatloaf.... 1994 Black Honda Civic DX :D "...people often mistake charisma for integrity. Sure, he's a nice guy, but that doesn't necessarily make him honest (or dishonest). They are independent variables." -Kenny |
